Singapore Headquarters

1. Regional Finance Manager :

• Based in Singapore, the Regional Finance Manager will take responsibility for the financial management of Mercy Teams Central Office and 7 Country branches around South East Asia and for the training of, and financial reporting from Branch Bookkeepers.
• Training will be provided in Petra’s Financial Management Software.
• Incumbent should have recognized qualifications in Accounting and have good communication and people skills
• Some travel may be required.
• Commitment period: 2 years minimum Global Action, with immediate start preferred.

2. Communications & Publicity Manager :

• Based in Singapore, the Communications & Publicity Manager will take responsibility for developing the Communications, Publicity and Public Relations function at Mercy Team's Central Office.
• The Incumbent should have appropriate training and experience in Communications and Publicity and will take responsibility for Newsletters, researching and writing human interest stories, Brochures, Flyers, News Updates and Web-updates using Contents Management System.
• The Incumbent will also be responsible to oversee production of DVDs, Videos and Powerpoint presentations and will manage the Mercy Team's Supporters Database.
• Following qualities should be present: - fluency in English both spoken and written. - love for Journalism, good writing and editing skills. - good computer literacy and the ability to learn new skills in IT, Internet, Multimedia and Audio-visuals.
• An interest in photography, and knowledge of Video editing and production would be an advantage.

3. Personal Assistant to Director (Singapore)

Mercy Teams International urgently requires a full-time Personal Assistant to the CEO/Director based in Singapore headquarters.

• The Incumbent needs a good grasp of spoken and written English and have good typing and dictation skills.
• Coordination of Directors travels and schedules.
• Some travel may be necessary.
• Should also have an ability to relate to different cultures and have a heart for holistic ministry to children and families at risk.
• The Incumbent should have good communication and people skills, be a team player and be able to work with people at senior level. Skill in MS Office is necessary.
